SUBMISSION OF DETAILS IN FORM 0-1 A :
Under Section 10-C of ESI (Gen) Regulation 1950 it is
obligatory on the part of all employers covered under ESI
Act to submit Annual Return in Form 0-1A. The last date for
submission of annual return in Form 0-1 A for the year 2005
is on 31.1.2006. Employers are requested to submit the form
0-1 A to Regional Office, ESIC, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad by
31.1.2006 so as to avoid penal action under Section 85(E) of
the ESI Act 1948.

SUPER SPECIALITY TREATMENT: A Special
Revolving fund has been set up for immediate release of funds
for medical treatment of Insured Persons & their family
members who are suffering from major illness. Rs.14938023 has
been paid to 485 Beneficiaries during the year 2004-05.
RAJEEV GANDHI SHRAMIK KALYAN YOJANA ( Introduced
in April 2005 ) : Insured persons who have put in minimum
of 5 years insurable employment are eligible for unemployment
allowance in the event of loss of employment due to closure of
Factory/Establishment lockout, retrenchment and permanent
disability.
